SPRINGTIME IN SANTA YNEZ VALLEY
This springtime wedding in the Santa Ynez Valley welcomed guests for a celebration inspired by the couple’s story and the charm of California wine country. Beginning with old-world supper club–inspired save the dates, the stationery hinted at the weekend ahead with playful details like peaches, olives, and shrimp that nodded to the region and the welcome dinner. A soft stripe motif carried from the paper goods into the wedding day linens, while a palette of dusty rose, olive, dusty blue, and citrus tones created a romantic yet fresh feel.

Layered Details
After starting with the stationery, a soft stripe motif was carried into the wedding day linens, creating a seamless thread from first impression to final toast. The palette told its own story: dusty rose mirrored the fashion choices, olive and dusty blue brought senses of calm, while chartreuse and citrus added fresh, modern pops.
thoughtful touches
We set out to give guests a taste of what was to come–this included a tablescape brimming with unique details: a peach, wine and olives native to the area, local poppies, and shrimp in honor of the welcome dinner menu. These tiny touches told a bigger story, and set the tone for a weekend full of thoughtful design.
pops of citrus
These thoughtful details carried throughout the celebration, appearing on escort cards, bar signage, matchbooks, menus, and other day-of pieces. Each element echoed the same stripes, colors, and playful motifs first introduced in the stationery. The result was a cohesive design story that flowed effortlessly from the first impression to the final toast.
